My husband & I decided to purchase a condo as our second home in San Diego’s vibrant, Little Italy area. We loved the idea of being able to walk to shops, restaurants and along the embarcadero with our dog. Chris was extremely knowledgeable of all the downtown high-rises and was very patient with us as we looked at many condos – up and down elevators! He answered our many questions pertaining to HOA’s, parking, future construction projects – he knew it all!
